The Perła Brewery Apartments

The Perła Brewery Apartments are situated in the historic complex of the former Vetter Brewery in Lublin, within a 10-minute walk from the charming Old Town, and within a 15-minute walk from the train and bus stations.

The Browar Perła APARTMENTS are situated in the historic building complex that housed the former Vetter Brewery (now Perła - Browary Lubelskie S.A.). The apartments have been arranged around one of the charming green yards, within less than a ten-minute walk from the picturesque Lublin Old Town and an only fifteen-minute walk from the train and bus stop.

The Browar Perła APARTMENTS include seven comfortable apartments of different sizes, ready to host from 1 to 6 people. The interiors, designed by the Warsaw-based Projekt Praga studio, offer an amazing use of space and plenty of modern, out-of-the-box solutions. Each apartment features a unique cubicle with a fully equipped kitchenette, a TV, a spacious bathroom, and a wardrobe. The interior features subdued colours, such as white and grey, with wooden accents, and green houseplants that bring extra warmth. The larger apartments are divided into a living room space and a bedroom.

Our guests are welcome to use the complimentary parking and wireless internet connection. We are a pet-friendly establishment - feel free to visit us with your four-legged friend. We plan and organize events, training sessions, and conferences in the Lubelska Room and a post-industrial club room. We offer a number of additional services. We can arrange Lublin sightseeing tours with professional guides and/or inform you of the latest festivals and events in the town.

Apartment rental in the historic building complex of the Perła Brewery also offers the unique possibility of trying other attractions on site - the Perła Brewery underground, the Perłowa Beer House, and seasonally, the Perła cinema and Radość nightclub. In the spring and summer, the green areas of the brewery host a number of cultural and musical events.

Our apartments

A comfortable and luxurious apartment with an area of 52 sq. m, for 2-5 persons, and a separate living-room and bedroom space. The living-room space contains a sofa bed for two, armchairs, a large table with chairs, a TV and radio set, and multifunctional wooden tiles, and, apart from that,
- a kitchenette with an electric cooking plate, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, an electric kettle, full tableware, and also coffee, tea and mineral water for the guests,
- a bathroom with a toilet, a shower with a rainshower head, a hairdryer, and high-quality cosmetics.
The bedroom space consists of two separate locked bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a single bed. The apartment is suited to the needs of the disabled. There is a separate entrance from the yard.

Apartment A

Apartment B

33 m² 1 to 2 persons

Apartment D

The living-room space contains a sofa bed for two, armchairs, a large table with chairs, a TV and radio set, multifunctional wooden tiles, and, apart from that,
- a kitchenette with an electric cooking plate, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, an electric kettle, full tableware, and also coffee, tea and mineral water for the guests
- a bathroom: a shower with a rainshower head, a hairdryer, cosmetics, and a separate toilet.
The bedroom space is a three-person bedroom with two beds on a platform, one double and one single. Located on the first floor, entrance from the second staircase.
